Conditions

Summary

At O’Skin Studio, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a return and refund policy valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we cannot provide a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the packaging you received it in.
  • We do not accept returns for opened products that do not have manufacturing defects.
  • Intimate products, personal hygiene items, and promotional items are not eligible for return.

Non-returnable items::

  • Gift cards.
  • Open or damaged products without manufacturing defects.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email that we have received the product. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you have not received your refund:

  1. Verify your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially reflected.
  3. Check with your bank, as there may be additional processing times.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Changes

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@oskinstudionyc.com and send the product to: 31-17 30th Ave., Astoria, NY 11102, USA.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift or the purchaser had it shipped to themselves for later gifting, we will issue a refund to the purchaser, and they will be informed about the return.

Shipping Costs:

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for the exchanged product to arrive may vary.

Recommendations:
If you are returning a costly item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee the receipt of your returned item without a traceable method.
